Chefpreneur® was born from a simple idea: Chefs deserve another path.

Chef Andres was a working chef who got tired of the burnout, the long hours, and the limits of traditional kitchens.
So he built a thriving personal chef business from the ground up — and soon, others started asking how he did it.

What began as sharing advice became a method.
What started with one chef became a team.
And that team sparked a movement.

Since 2018, Chefpreneur® has helped personal chefs launch their brand, attract premium clients, and finally take control of their future.

Meet Chef Andres ─ Founder of Chefpreneur®

Chef Andres is a chef, entrepreneur, and founder of Chefpreneur®, dedicated to helping cooks become business owners by building Personal Chef businesses with more freedom, less stress, and no boss.
Before entrepreneurship, he rose through the ranks in elite kitchens—including The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, The Grand Del Mar, Hilton, and Marriott—holding roles from cook to Executive Chef and learning both the craft and the cost of the traditional path. As the hours and politics eclipsed the food, guest experience, and family life, he knew there had to be a better way aligned with his faith and values.

He stepped out, failed forward, and rebuilt.
Studying sales, messaging, and pricing, he launched his Personal Chef business from scratch. In his first 18 months as his own boss, he brought in around $80,000, then expanded by onboarding additional chefs and dialing in his offer, pricing, and systems.

Over time, his Personal Chef business has generated more than $5 million in lifetime sales—a testament to a clear offer, premium positioning, and a consistent client experience. As results grew, so did the questions from peers—leading him to share openly and ultimately build Chefpreneur®.

Today, Chef Andres mentors chefs through Chefpreneur® programs—

Showing them how to attract right-fit clients, close premium packages, and scale without burning out. His message is practical and hope-filled: there’s a proven path—follow it and you won’t go over the cliff. “I’m not successful unless you are” isn’t a slogan; it’s the standard.
Grounded in faith and family, he measures success by freedom—time with the people who matter most. He and his wife homeschool their five beautiful daughters, a life they once only imagined during the toughest seasons. That transformation fuels his mission to mentor the next wave of Chefpreneurs® toward income and impact, one booked client at a time.
